Privacy note
This note describes how Megha Kyal & Associates (“we”) handles personal data sent through the enquiry form on priminsight.online (SEBI PRIM Insight). The site is an independent information resource. It is not published by SEBI. This note is not legal advice, and it does not say that the firm is registered with the Data Protection Board, certified under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or a consent manager.
What we collect, and why
If you send the enquiry form, we collect the details you type: name, email, phone if you give one, organisation, the profile you select, and your message. We use them only to read and reply to that enquiry. We do not use them to build a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent them.
Please do not send client personal data, account numbers, or identity documents through the form. The contact page already asks you not to.
Who receives it
The form is posted to FormSubmit at formsubmit.co, which relays it by email to [email protected]. FormSubmit processes the submission only so that email can be delivered. We then read it in that inbox. We do not pass the enquiry to SEBI, APMI, AMFI, or any portfolio manager as part of sending the form.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. This note does not state a fixed number of days. You can ask us to delete it using the contact below.
Your requests
You can ask to access, correct, or erase the enquiry details we hold, or withdraw your consent to our using them, by emailing [email protected] or calling +91 7061710422. Withdrawal does not undo a reply we have already sent. This site does not publish a separate grievance-officer or Data Protection Officer name, because none is designated in public for this site. The same email and phone are the contact for privacy requests.
Children
The site is written for intermediaries and professional readers. We do not seek personal data of anyone under 18. If we learn that an enquiry is from a child, we will delete it.
Logins
If you request a login, we store your name, designation, email and mobile, then a login ID and a scrambled form of the password after the request is approved, so you can open the signed-in note. We do not sell these. You can ask us to delete the login at [email protected].
Cookies
These pages do not run analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies, and they do not store a consent choice in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing on the page to opt into. The host that delivers the site may set a technical cookie needed to serve the pages. We do not use that for marketing.
Security
Email is not a fully secure channel. We take ordinary care with the inbox. Do not use the form for information you cannot send by email.
Changes
We may update this note if the form or the way we handle enquiries changes. The date at the top is the latest version.
